Crimson walls with mirrors give the impression that the space is bigger than it really is, but that’s about the only illusion at chef Abby Hitchcock’s Camaje. An American-style menu combines fresh fish, meats and poultry with seasonal vegetables, such as the New England shrimp salad with avocado and the wild striped bass with broccoli rabe.
