Diner is the focal point of South Williamsburg’s hipster scene, and it's where chef Caroline Fidanza serves up grass-fed beef burgers and other seasonal specials from local farms into the wee morning hours in a refurbished Pullman train car. Specials change nightly. Reservations are only accepted for larger parties, but get there early as it is usually packed by midnight.
