Blink and you probably missed the quick-change “poof!” at this seasonal
uptown restaurant, whose secret “Hi ho, hi ho” elves worked
diligently—over 48 hours—to morph Park Avenue Spring's lush English garden-esque greenhouse into a sunny-yellow getaway complete with distressed wood beams and flora accents. Chef Craig Koketsu has updated the menu to include "summer crudo" selections like yellowfin tuna carpaccio with wasabi cream and crispy shallots, as well as grilled noshes like veal chop with corn succotash, and grilled langoustines.
