Jumping on the kitschy comfort-food bandwagon, S’Mac is all about—you guessed it—macaroni and cheese. Husband-and-wife owners Sarita and Caesar Ekya have crafted an ode to one of America’s greatest guilty pleasures, and diners can make their own mac or choose from one of a dozen main recipes ("Nosh," "Major" or "Mongo," depending on the size of your craving). The salad seems an afterthought; clearly the pasta and cheese combos are the stars (dieters may as well head home). Try mac-and-cheese varieties like the cheeseburger, gruyere or the goat cheese, or keep it simple with the All-American, just like Mom used to make.
