One of New York City's "famed" OTB gambling parlors located in the heart of the Garment District and just a short walk from Times Square and Broadway. Filled with TVs showing races from all over the country, so many of them in fact it is hard to keep track of what is going on. Food and drinks are there to be had, as many of the people who are in this place are planning to be there for a long time. This is not a safe place for people that are not pro gamblers to go, and you will never find a woman in this place. Unless they are looking for a different type of business.
