Young, hip, and noisy is the best way to describe this chic Thai restaurant on Court Street. Brick walls climb up to a soaring ceiling,  extravagant flowers take a place on the bar and floor-to-ceiling windows look out onto the street.In the open kitchen, kamikaze chefs turn out well-spiced curries at low prices and the DJ keeps the decibel level up. In back, there's a pretty garden, where the scene isn't quite so frenetic.
