This cute little play-on-words café references both its extensive loose-leaf offerings and the cozy 20-seat smallness of its dining room. More high-profile than it deserves (thanks to electronica star Moby’s earlier financial and promotional involvement), teany might be the only tea house on our tiny island where glitterati and tourists coexist. The Brit-tinged menu boasts savory welsh rarebit and English baked beans on toast and a slew of veggie/vegan choices, while tea-totalers have plenty of options between tea and coffee concoctions. The hype’s a bit much, but we can ignore that.
