Billy's Bakery

Bite-size Chelsea cupcakery Billy’s Bakery has opened a Tribeca location that offers sweet tooths twice the space while keeping the original's grandma’s-kitchen feel. Billy's exec Janine Mandel says opening in Tribeca was a no-brainer since "we love the neighborhood, with its community of families and true NYC vibe.” Although you can get practically the same melange of sweets and cakes here, Mandel hints that they're looking to expand the Tribeca menu, given its larger baking capacity. Hey, that's all well and good, long as as we can still get our sugar fix from faves like banana cake, lemon squares and of course, traditional chocolate or yellow daisy cupcakes.
