No, it isn’t a laugh therapy center selling spa cuisine but rather a cozy, chic Parisian-style bistro up in Spanish Harlem where toothsome prosciutto, basil and mozzarella pressed paninis are made with ciabatta bread from Balthazar Bakery. Sweet (almond) and savory (ham and cheese) croissants, quiches, freshly baked breads, and classic French pastries like pain au chocolate round out the Francophilic goodies in this charming departure from the neighborhood’s offerings.
