Burgers, beer and ballet finally share a corner. The latest edition to the ancient New York saloon empire has planted its flag in Lincoln Square, thus ensuring pub grub for the Upper West Side and a way station before a Lincoln Center show, after a show or just instead of a show. The menu follows the lead of PJ Clarke's other locations with American classics like burgers, steaks and salads, as well as a raw bar, and the bar draws a notable after-work crowd. The kitchen is open ‘til 1 a.m., so much the better for the late-night burger fix, whether you've been there all night or making a pit stop en route to elsewhere.
