With over 30 types of each, wine and cheese is the name of the game at Casellula, a charming Hell's Kitchen restaurant popular with couples and locals alike. The restaurant's menu is divided into sections according to the properties of the cheeses, and diners can mix and match cheeses according to their preferences. Larger plates of food, like salads and flatbreads, are also available, but nearly every item features cheese as an ingredient, so this isn't a place to take someone suffering from turophobia (that is, a fear of cheese).
