Dram Shop
- Neighborhood: Park Slope
- 339 9th Street
- Brooklyn, NY 11215
- 718-788-1444
- Price range: $$ ($9-$15)
Between the fireplace and fifty or so scotch, bourbon and whiskies, this Park Slope bar has enough burn to last Brooklynites through the most lunar of winters. The oak-panelled place is a no-brainer hangout also thanks to its shuffleboard table, dozen beers on tap and self-proclaimed "best bar food in Brooklyn" menu, which include an already-popular burger. Run by the owners of Angry Wade on Smith Street, Dram Shop refers to the centuries-old name for places that serve liquor (a dram is 1/8 of an ounce).
