Fette Sau

From the mad foodie genius behind Williamsburg beer showcase Spuyten Duyvil, Fette Sau replaces an obsession for imported, hard-to-pronounce brews with imported, much-easier-to-pronounce barbecue (and bourbon). Fette Sau hits its mark with a pitch-perfect combination of fat, flesh and smoke, from beef ribs to baby back pork ribs with a tasty nutmeg/cinnamon rub coating. At around $20 a head for a gut-busting amount of smoked meat washed down with a nice selection of cheap to insanely-expensive grain alcohol, we can't think of a better way to absolutely void the 12 miles you logged on the treadmill the week prior.
