Hill Country BBQ is a down home destination decked out with worn floors, butcher block tables and market stands where you place your orders for Texas style dry rubbed and smoked ribs, chops and brisket. The restaurant is modeled after the Lone Star State's famed Kruetz Market and might stump city folk at first. Meal tickets keep track of what you order at each stand and while it can get messy (plates? no, try butcher paper), all the hoopla is worth it for a taste of prize winning grub by pitmaster Pete Daversa.
