The city's original Highline has experienced a recent renaissance—David Bowie curating the Highline Festival this spring and plans to transform the abandoned tracks into a park and major attraction, it's no surprise the tri-level restaurant named in its honor is enjoying its own moment in the spotlight. And deservedly so: the Thai-inspired fusion menu is surprisingly affordable, given its somehow-still-illustrious locale and handful of over-the-top touches—think three-story waterfalls and bedside service on plush mattresses.
