Banking on the prodigious appetites of carnivorous college students, brothers Emmanuel and Estatios Phillipis opened Burger Creations in the heart of NYU’s stomping grounds. After cutting their teeth at their pop's Ruby Room restaurant in Manhasset, the pair is ready to sling burgers, fries and shakes to the matriculated masses (and, we suppose, the strippers shopping for dancewear at the nearby naughty boutiques).
While most burger spots focus on either full-size patties or sliders, you can grab either here depending on your mood. Besides standard beef patties, a salmon mushroom burger and a turkey cordon bleu sandwich push the boundaries of burger orthodoxy, while hot dogs and salads round out the menu. Thankfully, they offer free delivery so you won't need to interrupt a night cramming for finals (or perfecting your Wii bowling skillz) to get your burger fix.
