Etasis-Unis was opened by a father-and-son team whose philosophy was to create "the refined atmosphere of a dinner party with good friends." That is, if, when you went to a friend's dinner party, they would had an ever-changing menu of new American fare that airs on the expensive side. And their place was mostly gray, with walls that were half-red. Lastly, it would seat fewer than 40 people, making reservations a must.
