Perhaps it's a vestige from a simpler time, or perhaps the folks at the Waverly Restaurant just liked the way things were done then better. Either way, Waverly is retro without trying to be. From the neon lettering outside to the vinyl booths to the enormous menu packed with affordable entrees (grilled cheese, various fried apps), this is a classic New York diner.
