Agozar, whose name translates into "a good time," knows what it's talking about. Created by siblings Diana and Gerardo Perez with the goal of giving New Yorkers a taste of what it was like to grow up in a Cuban household, diners can expect authentic Cuban fare and tapas, upbeat Latin music and colorful, Old Havana decor. The service is friendly and the cocktails flow fast and furious, especially during the daily happy hour when all specialty cocktails, beer, sangria and wine are 2-for-1 from 5 p.m. to 8 p.m.
