It certainly has a classy structure, with a winding staircase that connects its two floors of dining, with an upstairs featuring waterfalls and comfy seating while the downstairs is barely more than some lonely tables and chairs. So don’t be shocked when you see a line of good-looking and well-dressed patrons snaking upwards while only a few hardy souls relegate themselves to the dingy street level area. Both offer dim sum and buffet-style Cantonese foods, with the flavored fish balls a house favorite.
