Zak Pelaccio’s global modern cooking—pork shoulders, red curry ducks, Vietnamese banh mi—almost gets lost amid the socialites squealing that their stilettos get stuck in the wobbly planks of the 19th-century, fireplace-adorned, three-story townhouse.
