New American meets Mediterranean at Tribeca’s Duane Street Hotel with this 40-seat restaurant, which seeks to evoke a homey, loft-like space teeming with natural materials—wood, leather, stone. The place is currently open for breakfast and lunch and serves up dishes like prosciutto Benedict, fennel-seed-crusted tuna with capers and olives, and Kobe burger. A dinner menu is in the works.
