The bistro entry to the Bromberg brothers' Blue Ribbon empire, this crowded, brick-walled Village restaurant caters to a clientele that appreciates the hours it keeps ('til 2 a.m.). A huge brick oven turns out grilled meats, fish, and vegetables as well as breads. The menu is eclectic, to say the least, reaching effortlessly from rillettes to grilled meats to breads to root beer floats.
