Super-chef Tom Colicchio had a vision: a restaurant where diners would choose the makings of a meal from various lists of ingredients. Fish, veal, steak—they're all on the menu. The restaurant has since become a trailblazer in the New York culinary scene, and a sure bet for a terrific dining experience.
