Immediately visible upon entry to the Sheraton LaGuardia East Hotel, it's a softly-lit sunken room surrounded by stone garden-inspired decor. There's a bar area for casual hanging, tables both on the floor and tucked away in candlelit, private dining rooms. The menu is contemporary and eclectic, with reasonably-priced entrees that run from burgers and steaks to seafood, as well as a house-made pappardelle (pasta) with woodland mushrooms and a cognac cream sauce. Appetizers and desserts are at ready to, plus a list of "small" tasting plates that offer different opportunities than the main menu, available in sets of 4 for $18.
