Mathieu Palombino is up to it again, this time partnering with the Summit Bar team on this East Village seafood project, Prima. The all-day affair starts off with breakfast pastries and doesn't stop serving food until the last sustainably caught fish dish heads out of the kitchen after midnight. For anti-pescatarians, there's a grass-fed burger. If you're on more of a liquid diet you're in luck: The restaurant has a coffee program featuring 9th Street Espresso; wine and Medi-American cocktails will flow from 5 p.m. onward.
