Newly renovated, this Bay Ridge restaurant draws a loyal following. In the main room, there's a curvy, retro-looking bar; next door is a dining room with big windows where you can watch the passing scene. In back, the smaller, brick-walled dining room is a cozy spot on a winter evening, when the fireplace is roaring away, and in summer, there's a garden where you can sit outside over a drink and dinner. The menu has plenty of fish choices from a raw bar that offers oysters and clams as well as crawfish, shrimp, and lobster cocktails. If you want to sample them all, the deluxe platter offers a little of each.

Main courses include plenty of pasta, from a simple ravioli with marinara sauce to anolotti with smoked salmon and mascarpone in a creamy mushroom sauce. There are also grilled fish, chops (both lamb and pork) as well as a ribeye steak or slow-roasted duck.
