Some former Angel’s Share bartenders hijacked their notorious East Village drink list and, like Teamsters or refugees realizing their rights, renegotiated their title to bar chefs. In this dim subterranean Tribeca space, the bar chefs pour perfectly pitched cocktails named after the jazz they play (Moment’s Notice, Lady in Satin) and serve sushi and dessert snacks.
