The setting is ideal for conversation, the perfect post-dinner date spot. Tea comes steeped in a ultra-cool looking pot, with a matching service that almost looks lucite. The food is delicate, beautiful and delicious. Multiple flavors transition over the course of one bite. This is the kind of dessert, that should be eaten slowly...savored. I didn't think anything would top the Framboise flavored chocolate sauce. But in the end, I think the subtle, dainty Rosemary cookie was my favorite. Although the decadent macaroons were a close second.
