Momofuku Milk Bar

Anyone who deals in sweets named after a highly addictive and very illegal drug—we're talking about crack pie here folks—knows that you've got to be entreprenurial, hit the pavement and expand the operation into new neighborhoods. Thus the narrative arc of the Milk Bar arm of the Momofuku empire. Helmed by the now-household-name Christina Tosi, Milk Bar has opened a retail element in its 11,000-square-foot Williamsburg kitchen, where in addition to selling cups of cereal-milk soft-serve and grasshopper pie by the slice, they're also fulfilling large orders (which you can place online). Savory pork and veggie buns round out the menu, so you can skip that trip into the East Village and still get your fill of that other highly addictive Momofuku favorite.
