One look and you realize this is first and foremost a catering hall, but the blasé décor doesn’t distract or dissuade a large group of local families from dining on a bevy of Cantonese dim sum dishes. Go for the dumplings and buns, or nibble on some steamed chicken feet. Plenty of soup, noodle and rice dishes too, as well as lots of barbeque chicken, pork – even octopus makes the grill. There’s congee galore and a solid list of seafood, which includes a nifty sea snail (in black bean sauce) dish.
