Table 30 (CLOSED)
Opened in late 2007 by owners with a vision for good design and stellar continental Euro-American cuisine, the modern-art-inspired, airy Table 30 offers a menu that leans toward European-Spanish. Grab a seat underneath one of the delicate, hanging lights and order a small plate of spinach-port mushrooms (topped with feta cheese), followed by cilantro pork brochettes or nut-crusted swordfish. Sides of sautéed spinach, jasmine rice and French fries will round out any entrée. You should really come for breakfast, too. With omelets like the “Ala France” (egg whites, spinach, ham and Swiss), and the “30” house specialty (egg whites, smoked salmon, goat cheese and fresh tomato), you’ll want to linger while the rest of the world rushes off.
