Building on the success of his Dumbo bakeshop, French baker Hervé Poussot is now selling his beloved fresh-baked croissants, cookies, baguettes and pastries in a tiny storefront along Park Slope's Seventh Avenue drag. The 25-seat space boasts marble-topped tables, a small patio out back and a working wood fireplace. With La Colombe beans from Philadelphia and rich cocoa made with Valrhona chocolate, it's going hard not to stop before descending down the stairs for the train.
