Following the no-holds-barred Burger Bash in Dumbo, the NYC Wine & Food Festival closed out its second night with a late-night snack-and-booze at the Highline Ballroom, where the city's top mixologists piled the crowd with drinks and a handful of chefs served bite-size creations.

Stepping out from behind the burners, Tom Colicchio played frontman with guest band Milton, performing for the jubilant crowd. Afterward, we caught up with the party folks the only way we know how: asking them to pull a question from a pan and answer it, no matter what. —Pervaiz Shallwani
