Lure’s Josh Capon (left) and David O’Brien from Camitz Vodka teamed up for the festival. “We like each other a lot,” Capon said. “We make great deviled eggs and he’s got great vodka! We use it in our oyster shooter.”

O’Brien explained that the bubbles injected into the vodka are the same carbon dioxide bubbles that are the byproduct of the vodka’s production. “That way, no foreign taste is introduced. It’s just pure vodka.
