The azure blue vodka liqueur known as Hpnotiq was alluring enough on its own. But when the folks at Heaven Hills Distilleries decided to serve it with a rock sugar swizzle stick, they really hit on a winner. The liqueur, which contains cognac, gets its blue color from blueberry skins. “For some reason, people flock to the rock candy,” said Jessica Butt, a New York–area manager for the company.
