Do you think with people tightening their belts, they'll look to cook at home more?
Cooking local is going to be more price-competitive as conventional food prices go up because of the price of oil. But the price of organic food isn't necessarily going to climb since they aren't using fossil fuels.
Have you seen any change in your business over the past couple of weeks?
No, I haven't seen that happening. I think there's a few more ripples to come through the city before we see people making real changes. I mean, do you know anybody who's been laid off yet.
No, but we don't really know any bankers!
