NYC chefs are a supportive lot, often spending their time away from the kitchen in other chefs' dining rooms. Or they're a suspicious lot and paranoid of the competition. Regardless, chefs' biggest followers are often other chefs. That's why we asked Todd English, Wylie Dufresne and seven others to name their favorite restaurant meal of the year.
