Dollar Grub: Beer edition

Oh, look what I discover at Underground Lounge (613 Second Ave., 212-683-3000): a sign touting $1 beer from 4 p.m. to 8 p.m. I skip downstairs into the sports bar.

"What's a dollar?" I ask a bartender wearing a tube top. Beside her, a flat-screen TV is broadcasting a slideshow of intoxicated customers.

"Bud Light, Miller Lite and Yuengling," she says. "Yuengling, please," I order, passing her a crinkled buck. I receive a plastic cup filled with foamy amber goodness.
