Who’s a happy boy? I’m a happy boy. The grass-green pistachio is surprisingly luscious, with a hint of nut. And the coffee is a creamy contrast of hot and cold, rich and bitter. However, it takes me a few minutes to understand the concoction’s signifance: black coffee topped with white ice cream. It’s as politically incorrect as it is delicious.
