Down the road I saunter, when my schnoz snags the scent of sizzling meat: I take a left onto 120th Street and encounter Indo Foods (corner of Liberty Ave. and 120th St.), a halal cart serving Indian-Greek fare—biryani and gyros, chicken pakora and shish kebabs. Here, a buck buys me a chicken hot dog split down the middle and griddle-cooked to order.
