We go for the cesina (salted beef) taco which tastes, well, like salty beef. But really delicious, savory salty beef. The meat is balanced with cool and fresh cilantro, onion and salsa verde—this combination makes quite a few appearances on 116th—and we chase it with a non-alcoholic “Sangria Sensorial.” It turns out to be a sweet and fruity wash that tempers the salt.
