Fatty Crab's Zak Pelaccio readies his grilling

The Madison Square Park Conservancy strives (and succeeds) in making the park, which is arguably more famous these days for ground chuck burgers than bird watching, one of the city's most-loved urban retreats. At this annual fund-raiser, neighborhood chefs set up shop, sampling their dishes under the ancient oaks lining the lawn.
To honor the culinary muscle and mind in the park, we did what we know best: grill each of the participants on topics ranging from the the splendid lemon to the shitty economy. All questions were pulled randomly out of a sauce pan.
