Where were you yesterday when you found out about the four-star review?
I was stuck on I-95 on the Jersey Turnpike. There was a bomb scare at Exit 2, and we were on Exit 4, so we were stuck. Thank god I was coming back from Washington for the inauguration, where they had given us a gift bag. So we pulled some champagne from the trunk. There was music and dancing on the side of the highway.

What music were you blasting?
Led Zeppelin, “Going to California.”

Once through the traffic jam, did you go straight to the restaurant?
Yeah, everybody was waiting there for me. We celebrated and finished late at The Carriage House.
