With the closure of Fiamma, it has been speculated that a number of three-star restaurants will fall this year. What's your prediction?
My guess is three. But at the end of the day, New Yorkers will come back to their favorite comfort places.
How are you surviving?
We are cutting down on the luxury items.
Like what?
I took away all the caviar and truffles. At this time it's not really PC to be using those. Nobody is doing glamorous these days.
If you were fired tomorrow, what would you do?
Good question [Editor's note: 30-second pause]. And I have to leave the hospitality business?
