Is there a restaurant in New York City that is resistant to the poor economy?
I bet Babbo is. I live in the neighborhood and there is always a line of people for those bar seats. And Mario Batali is a super chef. The food is great. It’s easy to like.
If you were fired tomorrow, what would you do?
I’m already a columnist for the Advocate, so I would like to do more writing.
Is there a novel in your future?
Absolutely not! I’m into the food and wine fluff.
