Groove With Me is a youth-development organization that offers free dance classes. At their annual spring benefit, some of New York’s top-shelf kitchen talent served signature dishes like chicken-liver parfait and almond vichyssoise. To honor the culinary muscle and mind in the room, we did what we know best: grill each of the participants on topics ranging from grisly kitchen accidents to David Chang. All questions were pulled randomly out of a sauce pan.
