Next up, we bump into David Burke, recipient of the “Who’s Who Award,” proudly donning his Beard hardware. This year David Burke kept it fresh with the opening of Fishtail, a departure from DavidBurke Townhouse. “Fishtail is a little hipper than Davidburke Townhouse, it’s a little less expensive, simpler presentation, more youthful and in touch with the times. David Burke Townhouse will be closing in July. We’re going to renovate. But yes, Fishtail is more about dropping in and not making a big fuss.”
