Now that we've got the taste for hooch, we're lured to Casa Bella (127 Mulberry St., 212-431-4080) by the sign advertising "COCKTAIL LOUNGE." Although waiters are bustling around the white-tablecloth eatery, chandeliers dangling like jewels, it's the curved bar that beckons instead.
