Even though celeb chef Anne Burrell has left this hip Italian enoteca, Centro Vinoteca isn’t letting go of the spotlight, or its famous tiny piccolini bites. Chef Leah Cohen, a "Top Chef" survivor, take over for Burrell, and the delicious little bites keep on coming. Tops on our list? Truffled deviled egg, shrimp and chickpea fritters with lemon aioli, and BLT jammed with pancetta, frisee and tomato confit on a crostini. Adding to the perks of this West Village scene is its aperitivo, available at the bar–– $7 select quartinos, $8 cocktails and complimentary piccolini.
